His career highlights include solo and chamber music performances at New York\u2019s Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall, Miami\u2019s New World Center, the Marlboro Festival, and the Beijing China Conservatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-46 wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-extra-small-font-size gtfy-47 wp-block-paragraph\">A native of Milan, Giorgio is the first flutist in his hometown Conservatory\u2019s history to graduate with top honors and honorable mention. As a proud recipient of a Kovner Fellowship, Giorgio earned both his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees at The Juilliard School under the tutelage of Carol Wincenc. She has performed widely throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, and has appeared in major performance venues, including Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall), The Kennedy Center Concert Hall, and The Supreme Court of the United States of America. She has been featured at the Aspen Music Festival (Aspen, CO), The National Gallery of Art and The Phillips Collection in Washington DC, the Barge Music Festival in New York City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-51 wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-extra-small-font-size gtfy-52 wp-block-paragraph\">Since completing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at The Peabody Institute, Hui-Chuan is devoted to teaching and academia. &nbsp;She previously served as faculty for the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, Washington Conservatory of Music,and the Heifetz International Music Institute.
